6lbs Northern Brewers LME
8oz Crystal Malt
8oz Chocolate Malt
2oz Cara-pils
1oz Roasted Barley

1oz Cascade Hops (bittering)
1oz Tettnanger Hops (aroma)

1 tsp Irish Moss
2 Sticks Cinnamon
1oz Ginger (plus some dried/powdered ginger)
4 cloves
1oz Orange Peel
1lbs Molasses
Wyeast 1056
.5lbs Molasses, boiled and added to secondary

Steep grains for 30 minutes between 160 and 170 f. Add extract and boil. When boiling, add Cascade hops. After 45 minutes, add Irish Moss. After 50 total minutes, add spices. After 60 minutes, add Tettnanger hops and 1lbs Molasses and remove from heat.

Prime with 2/3 cups corn sugar and 2 pints water.
